As China's leadership gathers in Beijing to set its economic course for the coming five years, including its economic imbalance, Arthur Kroeber has a critical look at the country's achievements in the BBC."I think the leadership may be looking at the recent performance and over-estimating how good they really have done," said Arthur Kroeber, managing director of the research firm Dragonomics.
